What is Dispepsi?
Dispepsi can generally be described as a recurring disease in the upper abdomen and epigastrium, which is disturbing to the individual. Dispeptic symptoms are not specific to any disease. Dispeptic symptoms are inadequate in the separation of organic and functional gastrointestinal causes. Symptoms of dispepsi are generally repeated pain, burns, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, felt in the upper abdomen or retrosternal region, burping, sour and bitter taste in the mouth, swelling and quick saturation. Dispepsi is not a single symptom, but a disease that is caused by the combination of many symptoms.
Dispepsi may have occurred for many reasons. The simplest of these reasons is fast eating, inadequate chewing, air ingestion and emotional stress.
Functional Dispepsi
Functional dispepsi is the type of dispepsi that cannot be identified as an organic cause.
Functional dispepsi is examined by being divided into 3 main groups according to complaints:
1.Functional dispepsi such as ulcers; their complaints are similar to ulcers, but the results of endoscopic findings are normal.
2.Dismotilite-like functional dispepsi; complaints are similar to motilite disorders.
3.Nonspecific functional dispepsi consists of complaints that do not enter both groups, such as ulcers and dismotilities.
Organic Dispepsi
Organic dispepsi is a type of dispepsi that develops due to a reason. Usually organic dispseudo is a symptom of other diseases. The causes of organic dispepsi are known as peptic ulcers, gastroozafageal reflux disease, stomach and esophagus cancer, pancreas and biliary system diseases, systemic diseases, infectious diseases, medicines, nutrients as intolerance.
Dispepside Feeding
Dispepside priority treatment is a treatment for symptoms of functional dispepside, while organic dispepside is a treatment for dispepsiye. In both types of dispeptide, these treatments should be followed as well as nutrition treatments. Malnutrition can be a cure for dispeptide, as well as a cause for dispepphere.
Research on dispepsi and nutrition often focused on consuming acid drinks, spices, fast food or caffeinated beverages.
